Video Production Service Agreement

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between S L Media Productions and New Beginnings Church of 7027 Stillwell Rd, Matthews, NC 28105. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. Along with other references throughout this agreement S L Media Productions may be referred to as Steven Lamont, Video Production Inc., S LP, LLC, or Bridal Shoot Photography. It is also understood that along with other references related to New Beginnings Church it may be referred to as Church, New Beginnings, NBC, NBCC or New Beginnings Community Church.

Contract Term: This contract will be effective from month to month. The contract stays in effect unless either party provides written notice of intent not to renew with 90 days notice of termination.

Agreement: S L Media Productions Inc. agrees to edit video provided by the church of every 9:30am Sunday morning church service for New Beginnings Church located at 7027 Stillwell Rd, Matthews, NC 28105. Upon or after the weekly payment of $650 S L Media Productions will provide New Beginnings Church with a DVD of the edited footage.

New Beginnings Church agrees to pay Steven Lamont of S L Media Productions $650 every week prior to or upon receipt of the edited DVD as detailed above.

Responsibilities: S L Media Productions is only responsible for editing of the video for the 9:30am service and providing a DVD of the Service. S L Media Productions is not responsible for issues relating to audio, lighting, or church equipment, or other issues caused by visitors, guest, or members. New Beginnings Church is not responsible for issues or damage relating to equipment owned by S L Media Productions unless it is caused by church staff, visitor, guest or members except for Steven Lamont, employees or sub-contractors of S L Media Productions.

Expectation: New Beginnings Church agrees to pay Steven Lamont of S L Media Productions $650 every week of the contract term for services rendered. S L Media Productions agrees to provide New Beginnings Church with editing services every week as described above during the contract term.

Credit: S L Media Productions will receive credit for videos produced. The credit will be at the end of DVD’s or video files streaming or online. (i.e Produced by S L Media Productions)

Sub Contractors: S L Media Productions will use Sub Contractors when needed. In the event a Sub Contractor will be used S L Media will maintain the same quality normally provided. New Beginnings agrees not to employ or contract any employees, companies, or people used as sub-contractors of S L Media Productions without mutual agreement from S L Media Productions.

By signing below all parties agree to the terms in this contract and agree this contract is legally binding and no party can withdraw or deviate from the terms of the contract without mutual agreement in writing.
